This is a small, Showa-era retro iron rack, a letter rack. It's hard to see in the photos, but there are rust spots, scratches, and dirt in places. I cleaned it with cotton swabs, but some dirt and rust remain. The approximate size is 10.5 x 5.5 x 10.5 cm (height). It is a very retro item.
