This is a POLBAN hip seat made of black canvas material with pockets! I received it from an acquaintance who said they barely used it, and I only used it once at a theme park, so it's in excellent condition. It was very convenient for quickly seating a child on the hip seat in situations where a baby carrier wasn't necessary! The pockets seem large enough to hold a smartphone, a small wallet, and tissues, so you could probably go for a walk with just this! There's a mysterious zipper inside the pocket, but I don't know what it's for. It can be used for children up to around 3 years old, depending on their weight.
