Thank you for viewing. This is a Hello Kitty bottled strap. I don't remember when or where I got it, but I think it was a limited edition from Gunma. It's an unopened item, stored in a dark place, but it has been stored by a private individual and time has passed since the purchase. There is a possibility that the cork has been pushed in.
