This is a reverse weave sweatshirt from the early 1970s with a single-color tag. These types were probably for university use, but they're more mature and easier to wear than college items. They were even sampled by STANDARD CALIFORNIA a few years ago. The heather gray body with blue ink print has the same color scheme as NAVY, giving it a cool, marine vibe.
