I have worn this item for several years and stored it at home. Please be aware of creases and minor dust accumulation from storage. This is a very old garment. There are several stains like those in photos 5 and 6. The belt is not included. Other than that, I don't see any major tears, but this is a used item. There may be oversights. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. I hope to sell this to someone who loves Laura Ashley. I will fold it compactly for shipping. Thank you for your consideration.
