Polo Ralph Lauren reversible cardigan. I bought this at an outlet or somewhere similar and used it for one season. It's reversible, so it doesn't have a tag, but I think it's about 12 months. It's elegant and the fabric is sturdy, so it didn't get misshapen or wrinkled even after washing, and I found it very useful.
