I bought this a few years ago (^^) It's stretchy. The chest pocket is decorative ⭐︎ It's been over 5 years, but it's in very good condition. There are no stains or scratches, but it's a used item and has been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
