There was a rubber string attached to the top of the head, but the rubber is stretched out. You put your finger in the bottom part and make it walk. The hands and face can move... it can do a "banzai" pose or lower its arms, and the face can rotate a full circle (see photos ⑤⑥). I bought this a long time ago. As for the condition, it doesn't look new, but it's been displayed in a room, so there isn't any noticeable dirt. However, it's quite old, so please check the photos carefully and purchase it only if you are satisfied. I can upload additional photos if you wish.
