It has not been opened at all. It is still in the blue wrapping paper that it came in when I purchased it. Steam iron that can be used while hanging on a hanger. Comes with two types of brush attachments that can be used depending on the garment, and can be used as a small steam iron when the attachments are removed. Unused and unopened. Questions are welcome.
