This is a holder of unknown make. It has scratches and dirt, but it functions without issue. There is rust-like staining on the part that holds items; I scrubbed it with a wet wipe, but it didn't come off. If you are concerned, please clean it yourself. I will wrap it in bubble wrap, put it in an envelope, and ship it via Yu-Packet Post. Please purchase only if you agree to the above.
