I believe this item is from about 20 years ago. It appears to be unopened and new, but there is some deterioration visible on the bag due to age, so I have marked the condition as "slightly scratched or dirty." Please check the photos carefully for the condition. This is a red pencil, not a black one. Thank you very much.:*+
