It's from the Clayton line, a famous Ralph Lauren design. This is a masterpiece shirt that Takaho Ohashi, the owner of the famous shop The Apartment in Kichijoji, also introduced on YouTube (see the last photo). You can see that it's carefully made, with no misalignment in the pattern. The size is L, but it's a bit large. Please check the actual measurements. The material is 100% cotton, easy to wash and handle. There is some wear and fading due to aging. It's still a wearable item.
