I bought this new about a year ago and have used it once. It's a little hard to see, but the skillet handle has some rust. After use, I coated the entire thing in oil for storage. This is a set of a skillet and a skillet cover. Only the main items are included, and there are no instructions. This is a used item, so I recommend it to those who don't mind minor imperfections.
