This is a set of 20 colorful plastic hula hoops. I bought these after seeing them used in a children's exercise class to help kids easily learn exercises like hopscotch. I think they can also be used for ring toss games. The hoops are about 20cm in diameter, which is a perfect size for small children's feet.
