Tops Tops Cake Plate This is a plate commemorating the 60th anniversary of Tops. I received it when I purchased a product at the store. Brand new, unused. I opened it for the purpose of taking photos. It's a very cute plate, the color of chocolate cake. I will wrap it in cushioning material and ship it via Yu-packet Post.
