Purchased about 2 years ago and worn 5-6 times. The photos show some wrinkles, but I will iron them before shipping. Includes jacket, inner shirt, pants, pants charm, 2 types of armbands, and necklace. Does not include wig, shoes, or belt. The arm decorations are a little dirty (see photos 3 and 4). Probably size M or L. I'm 162cm tall and it fits perfectly.
