Short-sleeved dress with a white base and a blue floral pattern. I fell in love with it and bought it at Rope Picnic Kids. It's very elegant and cute, perfect for a casual outing, and could even be worn to a graduation or entrance ceremony with a jacket. There are a few places where the fabric is snagged and pulled. It doesn't affect normal wear, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I will also include a thin lavender cardigan that I bought with it (^^) I hope you will wear them as a set.
