This is a framed display item from my VAN shop. It's basically new, but since it was displayed, it's listed as used. It's a reproduction of the 2000 Millennium commemorative VAN omnibus sheet display. It can't be used as a sticker, but I think it's better to frame it and display it. The actual stickers were available as a separate item. To be honest, the material was paper and the stickers were of poor quality, so most people framed them for display.
