This is a rider's jacket, a modernアレンジ of the leather jacket worn by Sato (Yusaku Matsuda) in the movie "Black Rain" (1989). While retaining the overall atmosphere and details, it tones down the large shoulder pads and batwing sleeves of the late 1980s/early 1990s, and is made of sturdy cowhide leather for long-lasting wear.
