This is a Vicky border dress. I've worn it a few times and kept it in storage. I don't have a chance to wear it, so I'm offering it to someone who needs it. It would look lovely worn with a bare top or something similar underneath. In the fall and winter, it would also look great with a turtleneck. The length is a little shorter than knee-length. *I'd like to avoid any trouble later, so I'm afraid I can't do business with anyone who is overly concerned about the condition being exactly like new.*
