The lining is pink, with one inner pocket that subtly reveals a floral pattern. There are also "ears" on both inner sides. It has a magnetic button closure. It does not have D-rings, so it cannot be used as a shoulder bag. You can attach keys to the inner ears with commercially available carabiners, preventing toys or pacifiers from getting lost.
