This is a Manjuwari Ningyo (steamed bun splitting doll) from Ozaki Ningyo. *Comes with its original box and instruction manual. I bought it immediately because of its cute expression. It is a Tsuchirei (earthenware bell), so it makes a sound when shaken. It's a little hard to see, but there is a "#" pattern on the kimono (last photo). Each one is handmade, so the shape and expression may vary slightly. I would be happy if someone who likes it would display it. I have had it on display for a long time, and it is beautiful with no scratches or fading. There are some areas with paint that appear to have been there from the manufacturing process. Because it is handmade, the bottom is not perfectly flat, so it wobbles a little, but it was not a problem when displaying it. This is a used item stored by an amateur, so please only purchase if you understand this.
