It is durable, and the texture changes over time to resemble leather, which is part of the enjoyment of using it. The base color is gray, which goes well with modern furniture and is designed to be an accent for your interior. Although it has mostly been displayed, there are wrinkles, glue-like substances, and mixed materials due to the characteristics of katazome washi paper, as well as some fraying and whitening on the edges.
