The blue pants with an elastic waist have some wear and tear on the knees. Please check the images. They are fleece-lined, so they are warm. The skorts have stitching marks because the elastic in the waist was replaced. They are inside, so they are not noticeable. The black leggings have some signs of use, but I think they can still be worn. Please understand that these items are stored at home before purchasing.
