This bag is a remake from a black formal kimono (silk), which was unpicked, washed, and ironed. The reverse side has a lame finish, giving it a very luxurious and mature look with a lovely color, so I decided to use that side as the front. I think it turned out luxuriously with a tsumami zaiku tassel and diamond-like accessories as accents on the gusset. The pattern uses the popular MJP pattern (licensed), so it has a cute, round shape.
