Thank you for viewing! This item is an Epiphone Broadway, a full-acoustic guitar. I recently acquired this used guitar in almost new condition. I bought it for a big band jazz performance, but I'm selling it because I want a different full-acoustic guitar. It's a 2023 model, so it's a fresh-off-the-line Chinese-made guitar. People often say that Epiphone's hollow-body guitars are made in Peerless, Korea, but the recent Chinese-made ones are excellent. I think it's a more usable instrument than taking a chance on a used one from over 20 years ago with an unknown condition. Since I got it, I've made the following adjustments: * Tightening of screws in various parts * Rod adjustment * Nut slot height adjustment * Pickup escutcheon replacement * Saddle replacement: Gotoh GE103 * Pot knob replacement: SCUD Sombrero type gold * Point washer addition: Montreux gold * Pickup and pole piece height adjustment * Saddle slot height adjustment * Saddle height adjustment * Octave adjustment Regarding the condition, there's almost no sign of use on the painted surface, and it's clean. The gold parts have the characteristic cloudiness. The included accessories are the new-spec genuine premium gig bag. The strings are Thomastik infeld JS112 for strings 4-6 and Elixir for strings 1-2. Strings have also become expensive. It's a recommended set that is resistant to rust. The neck is set straight, and the string height is adjusted to about 1.5mm at the 17th fret. The frets are also generally even and in good condition. The original pickup escutcheon had an incorrect angle, causing the pickup to be slanted relative to the strings, so I replaced it with an angle-free escutcheon. This allows for pickup height adjustment. The saddle has been changed from a wooden one to a so-called Tune-o-matic type, which improves sustain and articulation, and the octave adjustment is perfect. The neck is a 3-piece construction and is solid. The thickness is a moderate U-shape, providing a sense of security. The body is made of plywood for the top, sides, and back, so it's a bit heavy. However, I felt that this helps prevent feedback when plugged into an amplifier. I think this is perfect for those who want to play jazz guitar but want a 17-inch large guitar, or for those who want to play big band jazz.
