I'm 173cm and of average build, and it feels a little short in the sleeves, but it's not tight, so it actually feels like a size L. The shorter sleeves were actually good for me, as they didn't touch the burner or during meals. The bottom is from a different manufacturer, Northern Field. Size L, and the actual fit feels like L. The top feels like it has a lot of down and is warm. Weight measured with a kitchen scale: Top: 365g, Bottom: 276g There is some wear and tear, but I didn't see any physical damage.
