This is a marriage registration form featuring a cute Kawaii Otter. Purchased in 2023. There are no plans to lower the price further. First come, first served. The first photo is the marriage registration form (A3) for submission to the local government office. Originally, there were two sheets, but one was used, so only one sheet is for sale. When we submitted it, it was accepted without any problems. The second photo is the marriage registration form (A4) for preservation. This is for preservation only and cannot be submitted to the local government office. The fourth photo is the storage file for the preservation marriage registration form (A4). It can be assembled to stand up for storage, but it is not assembled. There are no instructions on how to assemble it. The third photo is how to fill out the marriage registration form. In the fourth photo, there are some minor scratches on the file, but the marriage registration forms in the first and second photos themselves have no scratches or stains. I think the paper is in very good condition.
