This is a cancellation mark from the "Fumi no Hi" (Letter Writing Day) stamp issued on July 21, 2023, with two types of special cancellations (machine and hand-stamped). A self-made goat postcard is used as the backing. Postcard Specifications: Paper: VANNUVO (matte and high-quality paper) Printing: On-demand printing Instant purchase is OK.
