I believe this is from over 20 years ago. The sharpness is still fine, and it cuts crisply. Never place or use this where small children are present. It's very useful when you can't use scissors or a cutter, or when you need to cut a large amount of paper. It's compact and doesn't take up much space, so it won't get in the way even if you put it in a desk drawer. The outer box is tattered and dirty.
