Purchased about 50 years ago, used once or twice, and then stored in a closet at home. The cup stand has some light peeling and uneven coloring that may not be noticeable during use, but it is in relatively good condition. Tray: 33cm x 22cm x 4.5cm The outer box has "御屠蘇器" (Otoso-ki, a set for drinking celebratory sake) written on it in clumsy handwriting to make it easy to see during storage. The inner box also shows signs of deterioration due to long-term storage. The material is unknown as there are no documents. The box says "洗朱 四ツ揃 竹台 松竹梅" (Senshu, Yotsuzoroe, Takidai, Shochikubai - likely referring to the color, set of four, bamboo stand, and pine, bamboo, and plum motifs).
