Worn a few times. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that this is a used item. If you look closely, there seems to be some glitter or lamé on it. It has been washed with baby detergent and stored. The scent of the detergent remains. It should disappear with washing, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about it.
