Protective film is applied to both the top and bottom screens. There are scratches on the film, but I don't think there are any scratches on the screens themselves. There is screen burn-in, so please check the photos. The box has no sun damage or tears, but there is writing on it that appears to be the buyer's name. Both DS and Advance software have been read.
