Made to order about 8 years ago. I think it cost over 150,000 yen. The head size is small, I think it's equivalent to a size SS hat. It's a mix of human hair. There are two tears inside (see photo 6), so please understand. I will ship the wig only, taken out of the box. Since new wigs are expensive, how about trying this one out first? #MedicalWig
