I purchased this through a personal import, using a forwarding service from a shop in either Canada or the United States (I apologize, I don't remember exactly). I have maintained the jacket by washing it at home with a down-specific detergent, and after drying, I used a dryer to maintain the GORE-TEX performance. It will be shipped folded compactly.
