This is the Bull Riot, the weapon of Bull Black/Black Knight Hyuga from the Seijuu Sentai Gingaman series. It's made by Yutaka, not Bandai, and is all plastic. It can still fire the suction cup projectiles! (Don't aim it at people!) Unlike the Bandai version, it doesn't transform into a sword, but I think it's well-made for its size.
