I used this maternity pillow in late pregnancy and as a nursing pillow for about three months after giving birth. It hasn't lost its shape at all, so it's still perfectly usable. It's the regular size, not the large size, from dacco. Please check the third photo for the detailed dimensions. I used another nursing pillow as well, but this one was more stable, and the pile fabric felt nice, making it a good product. :)
