This is a Buddhist altar bell (orin). There are no major scratches, but there is some peeling on the inside bottom. Please see the photos. I am not using it, so please someone else use it instead. Diameter: Approximately 17cm Height: Approximately 13.5cm Weight: Approximately 850g
