Using a special loom unique to Prato, we weave a check pattern with a deformed structure using two different yarn counts of recycled fibers. The recycled fiber manufacturing method in Prato collects used clothing from all over the world, crushes it into a cotton-like state, and then creates yarn. This sustainable material significantly reduces the water and energy required in the production process, lowering the environmental impact.
