This is a slim PlayStation 2, model SCPH-75000. Everything in the photos is included. Please note that games are not included. (I will include one memory card if needed.) I have checked the console by loading various games. The controller also seemed to be working fine during the check. Both the console and the controller have scratches, stains, and discoloration from use. I have confirmed that it works, but since it's an old game console, it's being sold as a junk item.
