This is a set of five small, differently-decorated plates (mamezara) from Arita-yaki, made by Tenno Kiln. They have a gently octagonal shape. They are characterized by their vibrant patterns and elegant painting, and can be used for Japanese sweets, snacks, or as chopstick rests.
