I've worn these about twice. Due to changes in my body shape, the waist is tight... It's stretchy because of the elastic, so I could wear them, but I'm selling them because the button feels like it might pop off. I don't see any noticeable stains. The zipper allows you to convert them into half pants. There's also a drawcord at the hem, and personally, I like the silhouette when wearing them as pants. They look greenish, but they are brown.
