At the end of 2024, I had a broken bone and was wearing a cast. I purchased it new and unused. This is an item for the right foot only. I usually wear a size 23cm. The orthotic was 24cm long, so these shoes fit perfectly. They seem to be for indoor use, but I only wore them outside when going to the hospital. In fact, I only wore them when getting in and out of the car and inside the hospital.
