Two nishime-wan (simmered dish bowls) by the late Hideo Matsuoka. Hideo Matsuoka was a woodworking artist from Ena-gun, Gifu Prefecture. He received the Encouragement Prize at the 6th Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition in 1959, and became a regular member of the Japan Kogei Association in 1962.
