It's very pleasant to knit with♪ I started knitting a Sophie Hood in a different color. Using two strands, the gauge is slightly smaller. The gauge seems to come out a bit wider with blocking. I want it to be thin, so I'm using two strands. If you want it thicker, you might want to use three strands. I'm almost finished with the first ball, and I've knitted about 85cm for a size M.
