This is a Tory Burch watch. It's a gorgeous watch with a vibrant orange band that wraps around the wrist twice. The battery is dead. It was working fine before the battery died. There is some staining on the strap and a few light scratches on the face. I've assessed these as not being very noticeable and have marked the condition as "no significant scratches or stains."
