This is a dishwashing sponge with a handle. You put dish soap in the handle to use it. (See photos 10 and 11) I purchased this in the US about 8 years ago, but I haven't used it, so I'm putting it up for sale. It hasn't deteriorated, but please understand that it has been stored at home. I would like to sell it to someone who is okay with that. ● Contents: Handle x 1, Sponge x 2
