A set of connectable Pokémon figures. Only the first Pokémon, Wailmer, has a spring that makes the fountain go up and down. The Pokémon behind it have wheels, and some move up and down or spin when you move them. I think it was from a gachapon machine... but it's been over 20 years, so I don't remember the details. I connected them back then, and then they were stored in a box in the closet. (They don't move if you connect too many) There are many instances of color transfer and scratches from storage. These are items that have been stored for a long time by a non-professional. Please check the photos carefully and only purchase if you are not concerned.
