I purchased this from a brand-name specialty store several years ago and have kept it in my closet without ever using it. There are a few areas on the surface where slight, whitish marks can be seen (photos 10-12), but the exterior has a firm feel without any looseness, and there are no corner scuffs. The handles and interior are also in beautiful condition, with virtually no signs of use. The buttons are shiny and clear, and they snap shut securely. I am selling this item to declutter, but I believe it is still a product that can be used for a long time.
