The item functions normally. All accessories are included. Regarding the headphones themselves, I've checked them thoroughly, and the only noticeable damage is a very small, approximately 1mm scratch on the bottom of the right earcup (the side without buttons). This is on the left side of image 4. An enlarged view is in image 5. It's a really small scratch, so I don't think it will be a concern. I didn't find any other scratches or stains on the other parts. The case is also clean. The inner box is clean as well. The outer box has a slight tear and some dirt from tape residue.
